With the aging population of our industrial workforce our ability to attract and retain talent is critical to our long term sustainability. As employers we must create an environment that is attractive to talent and especially the new generation of talent. To ensure sustainable success our organizations must be both “Smart” ( strategies, products, financial models..) and “Healthy” ( no politics nor confusion with high morale).

The webinar overviews:

·         Talent Attraction & Retention Drivers
·         Disciplines for Building Organizational Health
·         Teamwork as the Ultimate Competitive Advantage ( 7 Principles of Highly Effective Teamwork)
·         Leadership as a Choice not a Position
·         Evolving to a Higher Level Synthesis of dynamic interdependent organizational relationships
·         A Scorecard for Employee Engagement and Enablement

Who should participate:
Mill Managers
Unit Managers (eg, paper mill, pulp mill, utility & HR Managers)
Senior Executives
