– BIOFOR program starts Monday at 8:00 ET with a Keynote Presentation “EU Support for Biofuels and Biobased Products – International Cooperation Opportunities”, by Maria Georgiadou, Senior Expert R&D Policy for Renewable Energy at European Commission.
– On Tuesday at 8:00 ET coffee will be served in the Tradeshow before the on-site kick-off at 8:30 with sessions on Chemical Recovery, Reliability and Process Optimization.
– Be sure to attend the conferring of the John S. Bates Gold Medal during the Papermaking session on Tuesday afternoon, and continue toasting this milestone at the Welcoming Reception following in the Tradeshow.
– Also on Tuesday, the Energy Committee will present an extremely interesting workshop entitled “KraftSIM – Modeling and Simulation for Energy and Emission Reduction”, presented by Adam Rogerson, Natural Resources Canada
