Spreading often works as a solution to wrinkles, but not always! There are several spreading devices available, which operate using different principles. The course will cover the options available, and how to select the appropriate one for your web and wrinkle type.

It will cover:

• What are the options for spreading and flattening?
• Why does web caliper and web modulus determine which spreader might be best for your application?
• Which spreaders can be adjusted and how do you adjust them?
• Why do spreaders sometimes fail to spread and even cause wrinkles?
