Those in attendance will be shown that following a consistent set of proven procedures will result in a good understanding of what bearing conditions exist and how to determine what actions are needed to correct them. Most often it is the components that need to be repaired to improve bearing life. Generally if people know why they need to do something, chances are good they will follow through using the correct methods and procedures. |

Greg Nennig has held this position since Sept 2005, and shares an office with Jeff Moore in the Stowe Woodward facility in Neenah, WI. His responsibilities consist of developing, writing and maintaining the implemented Standard Process Instructions (SPIs) for mechanical operations. He provides support to all plant inspectors and quality managers, as well as audit reports periodically and audit the mechanical departments of the North American Stowe Woodward plants. Greg is involved with training personnel in mechanical procedures and is in charge of procuring quotes for new shells and roll cores for the sales force in conjunction with all of the North American Stowe Woodward plants. |

Jeff Moore Stowe Woodward Corporate Mechanical Service Manager |
Jeff Moore has held this position since Sept 2004. His office is located at the Stowe Woodward facility in Neenah, WI. His responsibilities consist of training personnel in the mechanical manufacturing procedures in North American. This includes but is not limited to overseeing the development and implementing of Standard Process Instructions (SPIs) for mechanical operations. In the mid “90s” Beloit recognized that repairing paper machine equipment required different procedures than manufacturing new paper machine equipment. It was then that Jeff was asked to participate in writing standards for procedures and repairs of paper machine rolls. |
