A powerful and mobilizing lever to change the corporate culture

A simplified working environment, organized, visual ... who would not want that?
Whether in a workshop, maintenance, service vehicles or even in an office, take advantage of a working environment based on a culture of storage and cleanliness.
Take control of your work environment with this one-hour webinar on the 5S method. By applying the concepts of 5S you will assimilate the base of Lean Manufacturing, which will be very useful to successfully accomplish a large project, to participate in a continuous improvement work site, or to apply this knowledge in your everyday work environment.
But that's not all, the 5S, focused on a very practical implementation model, will guide you to teamwork success, and will generate a great mobilization of your people in the long term. In short, a very positive culture change!

Goal

Through various activities, you will be gradually introduced to the concepts, systems and tools of the 5S environment and their integration into a context of production of goods or services.

After this training, you will be able to:

• Understand and apply the principles of 5S
• Set up a 5S project in your workplace
• Track 5S long-term

This training will also facilitate your participation in a continuous improvement project.
