Dear students, professors and colleagues,

PAPTAC’s Student Community was first initiated in late 2013, and its first executive team was formed in early 2014. The objective of this community is to create a positive impact on our student body and the pulp and paper industry by empowering effective communication and collaboration between students and the industry.

In February 2015, the Student Community will be in charge of organizing the annual PaperWeek Canada-Student Poster Session in Montreal. This year the University of Toronto will be the lead university in setting up a successful edition under the supervision of PAPTAC.

It is a great opportunity for students to network with industrial professionals and other student colleagues across the country, and start developing their future careers. Therefore we encourage all students to submit their latest work for the Poster Session and to be part of this important milestone as we celebrate the 100th Anniversary of our great Association
