The PAPTAC Maintenance Community will hold a Webinar entitled ''Intro to 5 S and its application in Pulp and Paper '' featuring Kate Kerrigan, Operations Director, Allied Reliability Group.

This session will give an overview of 5S and how it can be applied in the Pulp and Paper industry to improve overall efficiency and reliability.

This webinar will be presented on October 7, 2014 13:00-13:45 ET.

New JPPS Back Issues available in digital format   Tom Paisley joins the PAPTAC Executive Council

PAPTAC, with the help of students at UBC and UNB, is pleased to add to its wide knowldege bank resources by digitizing back issues of its previous journal JPPS (Journal of Pulp and Paper Science). A wealth of information, research and knowldedge can be found in these issues of the journal which were previously not available in digital format.

Tom Paisley
Mill Manager
Irving Paper

Tom Paisley joined J.D. Irving, Limited in September of 2012, as Director of Operations Pulp and Paper Division. He moved into his current role as Mill Manager at Irving Paper in June of 2013. Tom has a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Mount Allison University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick.
