The Papermaking Technology Community organizes a webinar entitled "Wrinkling" April 22, 2016, presented by David Roisum from Finishing Technologies, Inc.
Wrinkling and Flatness may be the number one cause of waste, delay and customer complaint in our industries. Also termed creases, folds and buckles, they often damage the web, resulting in unsaleable product. We will also introduce bagginess and curl which are also common flatness issues in paper. This course will provide understanding of wrinkles, diagnostic tools and a selection of solutions.
