J-FOR+ Magazine is an enhanced edition of the J-FOR Journal, featuring additional content with industry news, editorials and mill-oriented papers
 

We are pleased to be sending you the second issue of J-FOR+.

This issue includes PaperWeek Canada 2015 highlights and industry news, and selected papers from the 2014 International Chemistry Recovery Conference, and an editorial on 80 years of Kraft Recovery Boilers history by Esa Vakkilainen from Lappeenranta University of Technology, Finland.
J-FOR+ Magazine is an enhanced issue of the J-FOR Journal. It is printed and published twice a year and distributed to all mills in Canada as well as internationally through PAPTAC's international partners and J-FOR's worldwide subscribers.

Valerie Naish, Environment & Sustainability – Impact Assessment at FPInnovations, is the new Chairman of the PAPTAC Environment Community. Valerie has extensive experience in biology and toxicity assessment among several major pulp and paper mills.
PAPTAC whishes to take this opportunity to thank Pierre Martel for his great leadership as outgoing Chairman.

The Niagra Branch “Technical Day and Golf Meet” will take place June 19, 2015 in Niagara Falls (ON). The program will focus on Reliability, Safety, and Workforce Renewal, complemented by roundtable discussions on each topic, and followed by an afternoon of golf. The event is open free of charge to all industry members who have an interest in attending.
