We are pleased to announce that Carlo Dal Monte, Corporate Energy Director, Catalyst Paper, will be extending his term on the PAPTAC Executive Council for an additional year. Carlo served a three-year mandate as councillor from 2011-2013.

James Olson,
Associate Dean, Research & Industrial Partnerships at
The University of British Columbia is the new Chairman of the PAPTAC Mechanical Pulping Community. He was the past Director of UBC’s Pulp and Paper Centre and is an internationally recognized forest products researcher who has been actively involved in the transformation of the forest sector into a vibrant diversified bio-products industry.
