The objective of the Process Control Community is to promote the exchange of practical and technical process control information.
The community proceeds to:
- Promote the application of control system technology
- Develop a better understanding of our trade
- Develop guidelines for the practical application of process control
- Develop guidelines of practice for the operation of instrument departments
- Present sessions at PaperWeek Canada
- Present sessions for other pulp and paper/process control symposia
