PAPTAC is pleased to announce George Court, Senior Operations Specialist – TMP at Irving Paper, and Yu Sun, Operation Specialist at Catalyst Paper as new co-chairs on PAPTACs Mechanical Pulping Committee.

George has worked for Irving Paper for 28 years, initially filling the roles of Environmental Engineer and Technical Services Superintendent before joining the TMP Operations team. George has held positions from TMP Process Engineer to TMP Manager, and is currently a Senior Operations Specialist.
Yu Sun is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow from the University of British Columbia, Pulp and Paper Centre, and currently serves as Operation Specialist at Catalyst Paper Crofton since 2017.
